The Virtual Ventures summer camp programs focus on computer technology and engineering.

The camps run from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with an extended care option which allows drop off as early as 8:00am and pickup as late as 5:00pm. There is an additional fee for our extended programs. On Fridays we host Parent and Guardian tours of the camp from 3:30-4:00pm.

Virtual Ventures offers a range of summer programs for participants who have completed grades 1 through 10. We have two sets of summer camps: the regular (co-ed) camps, and our specialty camps. The specialty camps for 2013 are Girls@VV Jr and Sr (two all-girls program), Game Design, and Connections@VV (a camp for Aboriginal youth). All of these programs are divided up by age group and are co-ed except for the Girls@VV specialty camp.

All of our camps run for one week periods. Lunch is included in the camp fee (parents are welcomed to pack snacks for their campers). Campers will be taken to Carleton University's residence cafeteria for lunch but recess/snack periods are spent outside (weather permitting). We also often do activities outside whenever possible (i.e. engineering projects, chemistry demonstrations).
