Discounts
$20 off each registration for Carleton University employees. $20 off one week of co-ed camp for girls also attending girls@VV.
(Discounts cannot be combined).
Please note: Our instructors want to make camp the best possible experience for every camper. In order to ensure our instructors are well rested and ready to deliver high-quality programming we do charge fees for late pick-ups.

ALL registrations can be completed through our online registration system even if making payment by cheque or applying for a bursary. If you do not wish to register through our online system, you may still fill out and mail in a paper registration form.

You can access your online account once you have registered to be able to check on registration status, make payments, edit your information, and more!
Bursary
Virtual Ventures does have a Bursary Program for those who qualify. Bursary applications are based solely on financial need and can be completed as part of the online registration process. Please feel free to email us at director@vv.carleton.ca or phone us at (613) 520-2600 x5007 to obtain more information about the bursary program.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a $50 fee for any cancellations received prior to June 17, 2013. A $100 fee for cancellations received up to one week prior to the confirmed start of camp; There will be no refund given after that.
Confirmation Package
Once registered, a confirmation package will be emailed to you. If you wish to have one mailed to you, please contact director@vv.carleton.ca to request one.
In the event that your child will need to take medication during their week at camp, please fill out and return a Camper Medical Consent Form[.pdf] on the first day of camp. This can also be completed as part of the online registration form
