Please note: Our instructors want to make camp the best possible experience for every camper. In order to ensure our instructors are well rested and ready to deliver high-quality programming we do charge fees for late pick-ups.

* Campers are divided according to the grade they have just completed in June of the camp year.

We currently do not accept telephone registrations. Sorry for the inconvience.
Bursary
Virtual Ventures does have a Bursary Program for those who qualify. Please feel free to email us at director@vv.carleton.ca or phone us at (613) 520-2600 x5007 to obtain more information about the bursary program.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a $50 fee for any cancellations received prior to June 25, 2012. A $100 fee for cancellations received up to one week prior to the confirmed start of camp; There will be no refund given after that.
Confirmation Package
Once registered, a confirmation package will be emailed to you. If you wish to have one mailed to you, please contact director@vv.carleton.ca to request one.
In the event that your child will need to take medication during their week at camp, Virtual Ventures asks that parents fill out and return a Camper Medical Consent Form[.pdf] on the first day of camp.
